Terms of Services

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of VITAXCELL services. By booking a treatment appointment, you will sign and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

1.    Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Appointments will not be confirmed without advance payment.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

  • Late payments will incur a penalty of 15% of the total amount.

 2.    Treatment Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not permitted once an appointment is booked and paid for.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations. However, credits for future treatments may be provided at the provider’s discretion if outside the notification window.

3.    Refund Policy

  • All treatments are non-refundable once booked and paid for.

  • Medications purchased are non-refundable, and clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s importation laws.

  • Refund exceptions, if granted, are solely at the discretion of VitaXcell’s management.

4.    Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before any treatments.

  • A rescheduling fee of 7,000 THB applies to stem cell treatments.

  • In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, priority will be given to rescheduling.

5.    Late Arrival Policy

  • Patients arriving late may experience reduced treatment time or rescheduling, subject to availability.

  • Additional fees may apply for rescheduling due to late arrival.

6.    Treatment Suitability

  • Pre-treatment assessments are mandatory to determine treatment suitability.

  • VITAXCELL reserves the right to cancel or modify treatment plans based on these assessments.

7.    Liability

  • VITAXCELL is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from treatments except as required by law.

  • Clients acknowledge that all treatments carry inherent risks.

​

8.    Patient Responsibility

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information before treatment.

  • Pre- and post-treatment care instructions must be followed for optimal results.

​

9.    Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Personal and medical information will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

  • Information will not be shared without client consent unless required by law.

10.    Medical Emergency Disclaimer

In a medical emergency during treatment, VITAXCELL will take all reasonable steps to assist. However, VITAXCELL is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed pre-existing conditions.

11.    Force Majeure

VITAXCELL is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental actions.

​

12.    No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their payment, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

13.    Payment Methods and Refund Timeline

  • Payments can be made via approved methods (e.g., bank transfer, credit card).

  • If a refund exception is granted, processing may take up to 14 business days.

​

14.    Client Behavior

VITAXCELL reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client exhibits abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

​

15.    Equipment and Property Damage

Clients are responsible for any damages to VITAXCELL property or equipment caused by negligence or misuse.

​

16.    Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • VITAXCELL reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

  • Terms in effect at the time of booking will apply.

​

17.    Post-Treatment Follow-Up

Follow-up appointments or tests may be recommended. Clients are responsible for adhering to these recommendations for optimal results.

​

18.    Photos and Testimonials

  • Clients may be asked to provide consent for using their photos, videos, or testimonials for marketing.

  • Consent will be explicitly obtained, and clients can decline without affecting treatment.

​

19.    Treatment Outcome Disclaimer

  • VITAXCELL makes no guarantees about treatment effectiveness, as results vary based on individual circumstances.

  • Clients acknowledge that outcomes cannot be predicted with certainty.

​

20.    Third-Party Services

If treatments involve third-party services, VITAXCELL is not responsible for delays or adverse outcomes caused by these providers.

​

21.    Package Expiry Policy

Pre-purchased treatments must be used within 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise agreed. Expired treatments are non-refundable and cannot be extended.

​

22.    Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Surat Thani, Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Koh Samui, Surat Thani.

​

23.    Acknowledgment

By booking a treatment appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
